Dismissals and Bus Routes:
📱School Dismissal Manager (SDM) is available in 3 places: the SDM Web App or the Apple and Android app stores. SDM notifies the school of your updates so that, effective Tuesday, September 1, 2026 it is no longer necessary for you to phone the school, send notes, or send an email to inform the school of dismissal changes. School Dismissal Manager provides us with a more organized and efficient tracking system for afternoon dismissals, absences, late arrivals, and early releases.
📩Please check your email for a welcome letter with instructions including your username and password. Please check your SPAM Folder as it is often found there.
✔️Make sure to update the daily default dismissal for each child on your account.
🚌School Transportation information will be available via Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Bus drivers will call families the week of August 25, 2026. For information or questions regarding bus routes email or call Transportation Director Brent Cole at Brent_Cole@warroadschools.org or (218) 386-4119.
Health Office:
💊Does your child need medications at school? Please complete the Student Medication Authorization Form. If it is a prescription medication it will also need to be signed by your child's provider. Bring in the medications during Open House, in a prescription bottle with all appropriate information on the label.
🩺Annual check-ups are important at all ages. All students participating in athletics need an updated sports physical every three years. The Sports Physical Form needs to be completed and returned before participating in practice or competition. These can be turned into Michelle Wyckoff in the High School front office.
💉Need to know what vaccines your child needs to start school? All the requirements for school can be found at the MN Department of Health's website. Updates are required for kindergarten, 7th grade, and at age 16. Pay close attention to those. If you choose to opt out of vaccinations for school, please click here for instructions and forms that need to be filled out and turned into the health office.
Please contact Meghan_Carlson@warroadschools.org with any questions.

🥞Students' first breakfast and lunch meals are free of charge each day.

Warroad Public Schools provides access to a Chromebook to each student in grades K-12th to support their learning. K-6th devices stay at school, while 7th-12th students take their devices home each day.
