Happy 4th of July! Warroad's parade at 4 p.m. today will feature Warroad Public Schools! Celebrate our students representing music, robotics, sports, leadership, and many community activities including the All-Inclusive Playground coming August 2026!
The 45th annual Northwest Minnesota Sixth Grade History Contest was held on April 29 at the Roseau City Center.
Students from Badger, Grygla, Lancaster, Marshall County Central, Roseau, and Warroad Schools participated, with each school selecting three students to participate. Students completed a written exam on Minnesota history, covering early settlement, statehood, major events, and notable figures.
Warroad brought home trophies for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! Great job William Olson, Jens Grafstrom, and George Farnes! We are really proud of you!

Follow the Parent Portal instruction to access the permission slips. Call if you need your log in credentials.
Reminder: 1 week until Open House! Want to avoid the Open House line? Complete annual permission forms and fee payments online today! Once completed, come to the office to get your Express Ticket any day prior to Open House. If you can't remember your log-in info and/or need help navigating the forms on Infinite Campus, stop in or contact the school office.

Mr. Pahl's 6th grade science classes have been learning about tectonic plates, and today they got to apply that learning in a fun lab using ice cream sandwiches to replicate the shifts in tectonic plates.

Parents are encouraged to stop at the Literacy Liftoff table to gather resources for Helping Your Child Soar in Reading located near the Elementary Library.
Grab dinner and cookies while you are at Family Literacy Night! The Early Learners' Center gym is set up and the line is short for a hot dog meal sponsored by the PTO. Special thanks to Bright Squad for volunteering to assist with Family Literacy Night.
Be sure to stop in the Media Center during Family Literacy Night to celebrate Dr. Seuss' birthday! The Family Literacy Night event has started! Join us until 7 p.m. tonight!
