Congratulations to Kathrine Brekke and Conner Lien on being selected to represent Warroad for the ExCEL Award! This award recognizes high school juniors who demonstrate excellence in leadership, actively participate in school activities, and show a strong dedication to serving their communities!

Congratulations to Linnea Harren and Kendan Curtis, who have been selected to represent Warroad for the MSHSL Triple 'A' Award. This honor recognizes high school students statewide who excel in academics, arts and athletics. To be eligible, students must maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA, while actively participating in League-sponsored athletic and fine arts activities.

The Outdoor Science class completed three days of lessons at the Warroad School forest this fall with Hannah Hinrichs and Shawn Olsen from the DNR. Students completed lessons on orienteering with a compass and a tree regeneration population study.

Reminder elementary students are invited to share photos of family members who either currently serve in the United States military or have family members who are Veterans. These photos will be displayed in the elementary library throughout the month of November. The deadline to submit pictures has been extended to this Friday.
