The board is actively investigating recent claims of misconduct through a special committee. This investigation was initiated due to concerns raised about potential violations of our policies and standards. At the conclusion of the committee meetings, performance evaluations will be conducted with those necessary, based on the recommendations of the committee.

Native American Education Program had the pleasure of spending the day with Ms. Shoen and her amazing students at the Northwest Angle Inlet Elementary School. Collaborative fun filled day with Northwest Angle 33 Educators, learning, activities and a delicious lunch with parents and students.

Today is the last day of the High School Book Fair! It will be open during conference times today until 6:30pm so be sure to stop in and grab those last minute purchases for your Easter baskets! No cash on hand, no worries! Credit/debit card and Apple/Google/Samsung Pay are available options.



Reminder that Warroad Schools will be dismissing at 1:00pm today.

Tuesday, April 22nd is a two hour late start.
High School (6th-12th Grade) Parent Teacher Conferences are today from 3:30pm-7:30pm in the HS Gym. This is a first come, first served basis. No appointment needed.


During Tuesday's PBIS morning meeting students across the elementary listened to the classic children's story, "Only One You." Then, on Wednesday, classes found their Warrior Buddies for a rock painting activity where every student decorated their one and only unique rock. Some are still putting the finishing touches on their rocks, but keep an eye out for others decorating the landscaping outside the elementary office. #BestTeamEver











Attention junior high students and families, MORP is coming up! The MORP (prom backwards) dance will be held on Friday, May 2nd from 8:30-10:30pm in the high school commons. This semi-formal event is for students in grades 6-8. See the attached flyer for details.

Teachers and students ventured to Ely, MN to tour the International Wolf Center. Warroad Public Students had the opportunity to try out science based tracking equipment; during an outdoor game of hide and seek. A scavenger hunt through the Wolf auditorium and Wolf 101 educational presentations.
The day consisted of learning, laughs, experiences, great questions and a delicious pizza dinner.

The Native American Education Program and Oyate Kinipi would like to congratulate Trevon Johson, for his outstanding performance during the Oyate Kinipi Archery Program/ event held at Warroad Public School.
Trevon has been awarded a bow as a prize achievement for shooting the highest average from Grade 6- 12 students.

🚨April 7-11 is Severe Weather Awareness Week. 🚨
Tomorrow, Thursday, April 10th at 1:45 p.m., Warroad Public Schools' will participate in the statewide Tornado Drill to help us prepare in the event of such an emergency. Emergency drills are a proactive step ensuring the safety for all within the District.

Good morning! The Warrior softball team will host Thief River Falls today at 430pm on the turf field. The Varsity team will play on the south side of the football field while the JH and JV will play on the north side. The only seating available is the football bleachers. Please bring chairs to sit on the track or outside the football fence. No sunflower seeds and no sitting on the turf field. We want to keep the turf as new as possible!
