Activities Update for Thurs. Dec. 15th 1. HS Boys Hockey in EGF has been postponed for this evening due to weather. 2. Boys Basketballs games for this evening are cancelled and rescheduled for tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 16th. This will be a double header with the girls. Times TBD. Boys Basketball will have a shoot around afterschool today. Thank you and GO WARRIORS!

The boys hockey game in EGF today has been postponed.

Elf Yourself with stripes and Flannel Day were enjoyed by Warroad Elementary/ELC students and staff members Monday and Tuesday of this week. All are reminded to wear red & white for Candy Cane Day tomorrow as the Holiday Countdown continues.

Coffee Hour with Dr. Yates!

It's a Holiday Countdown at Warroad Elementary! Students may enter their name in the countdown drawing each day they participate. Congratuations to our first day prize winners for wearing holiday colors!

Holiday concerts featured students in Grades 3 & 4 today. Students shared many music and movement selections.

Upcoming Christmas Band Concerts

We would like to let our families know that starting tonight at 5pm, the robo calls/texts that alert families on negative lunch account balances will be turned back on. These calls will only go to people registered as legal guardians of a student in our systems. If you have any questions regarding these calls, please contact the school office at 218-386-1472. Thank you!

There is no JV girls hockey game today. The varsity game has been moved to 6:15pm.

FYI: Information regarding holiday concerts! Keeping the safety of all of our students in mind, Warroad Elementary has procedures in place for the elementary music programs. All of the elementary holiday concerts will take place in the ELEMENTARY GYM. The concerts will be live streamed for anyone unable to attend and an enhanced version will be posted to the school Youtube channel following the concerts. Door numbers__8__ and __9__ will be the ONLY point of entry for the programs. The doors will unlock ½ hour before the performance. We ask that no one attending the concert (including parents, additional family members, friends and community members) enter the building before that time. Following the performance parents will need to sign their child out through the dismissal manager app or through the elementary office (in person) if they wish to pick up a student before the end of the school day. Students can then be picked up at the elementary office doors. At Warroad Schools ANY visitor in the building is required to have a visitor badge and sign in through the elementary office. Other Warroad students (including siblings) will not be dismissed from class to view the concert (livestream will be available with it posted on the school Youtube channel after). Your child’s safety is a priority to us! Thank you for helping us so that all students are safe in the building. The Lady Warrior basketball team beats the Bears of Lake of the Woods in their home opener tonight 52-49! Go Warriors!

National Hot Cocoa Day!

Tonight's Boys/Girls Basketball double header with Lake of the Woods and Northern Freeze will be streamed live on the NFHS Network.
