Students enjoyed a fun filled day learning traditional archery with the Oyate Kinipi Archery Program last week Tuesday, March 11th.
Kid Kare is still taking registration for students in Kindergarten - 5th Grade.
Kid Kare is also open during the summer months! Della will be sure to get your child(ren) to swim lessons and morning ball during Kid Kare hours.

Spring Sports Update:
* Softball (7th-12th Grade): will practice today after school in the elementary gyms. Pitchers and catchers will go at 4:30pm in the ELC Gym.
* HS Baseball (9th-12th Grade): will start practice today at 4:30pm in the elementary gyms.
* JH Baseball (7th-12th Grade): will start on March 24th at 6pm-7:30pm
* Track (7th-12th Grade): will be in the HS gym after school today.
There will be a Golf Meeting (7th-12th Grade) after school on March 24th in the HS Theater. More information on the season will be provided at this meeting.

Patrick was one of the winners announced at the Great North Regional for the Dean's List Award; this award is for outstanding contributions to FIRST Robotics with their local team. Patrick will now go on and compete for the FIRST Dean's List Award at the FIRST Championship in Houston, Texas!!
Reminder MHS is hosting an Awareness Week this week, with fun planned all week long, culminating with crazy socks and Be Kind shirts or 💙 blue and yellow 💛 gear Friday to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Day. Tomorrow, Monday, students are invited to wear green, snag $2 shamrock cookie at lunch, and look for the 13 lucky shamrocks hid around the high school. 🍀

Warrior Softball Clinic for grades 2nd- 5th grade!!

The Native American Education Program was happy to be part of Literacy Family Night on March 3, 2025.
Together we read a short story about Native American culture " The Eagle Feather", shared facts on Eagles and created our own gift of a "sharing feather."
Everyone did amazing!

The sun is shining and Mother Nature is giving us some nice weather as of late! This means summer softball is right around the corner. Registration is open for summer softball. Please go to warroadpayments.com to register. PLEAE FOLLOW all directions and answer all the questions on the google form.
Registration will close on April 18th and teams will be announced in May.

The boys basketball team beat Wadena/Deer Creek last night to advance to the Section 8AA quarterfinals. They beat the Wolverines 76-44 in front of a big crowd. They will take on the Pelican Rapids Vikings tomorrow at 6pm in Pelican Rapids.
